How secure is my data?
The data centers where our servers are located are state-of-the-art featuring redundancy, multiple Cisco firewalls, and Cisco routers. The facility has a large uninterrupted power supply for a back up the total environment. Our servers also include mirror discs and Rain implementation with SAS 70 Type II Audit Security. What does your system cost?
The RTB System is customized for each and every client. We offer volume discounts, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual payment plans. Contact Us

Can I run your program on my own web server or on my PC or desktop?
No. The e-Dashboard is a Software as a Solution that provides QuickBooks hosting. We provide an Internet-based product. All you need is access to the Web and a browser.

Do you provide payment plans?
Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly payment plans.

How do I add or remove user licenses from my account?
Administrative permissions are required to add or remove users. If you are a current RTB client and would like to add a new client, please submit a Client Add Form. You must contact Real Time Bookkeeping technical support to add or remove accounts.

How many people can use a single login for the e-Dashboard?
Only one person can be logged into the dashboard at a time with each user login. If a 2nd person logs in while someone else is using the same username and password, the 1st person will be kicked out and the 2nd person will take over the session. If you need 2 people or more logging into the dashboard at a time, you will need to purchase additional licenses. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
RTB offers a free 7 day trial or a 30 day active trial account with a deposit. You will have full functionality of the RTB System. We offer lifetime warranties as well as free technical support on all hardware solutions.

Do you support third party applications?
Yes we do. The third party applications include MS Word and Excel, SmartVault, and Timesheet for QuickBooks™. Additional third party solution hosting is also available. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

Do you support MACs? Support is available for MAC users provided they are running OS 10.5 and above.
